No worries! Here, we ensure that your dog stays comfortable regardless of the weather. If it’s cold or raining, our dogs enjoy indoor play or lounging on cosy couches. We also have The Den, a covered outdoor area where dogs can enjoy fresh air even on rainy days, which is handy in the UK’s often unpredictable weather!

Yes, your dog will always be under the watchful eyes of our family team. We prioritise safety and ensure that every dog receives the companionship and care they love.

Absolutely! Early socialisation is crucial for puppies. We welcome puppies from 12 weeks old, provided they’ve had their second vaccinations. Our special puppy program ensures they follow their regular feeding schedules, get proper rest, and avoid overstimulation.

No, you’re not restricted to specific days. While many clients book the same days each week, we can accommodate changes if given 24 hours’ notice, as long as we have availability.

Monday – Friday: Drop-off from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM; Pick-up from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Drop-off from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM; Pick-up from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM

We strive to ensure a harmonious environment through our induction process. However, if a conflict arises, we will separate the dogs and inform you. If a dog's behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others, we may determine that The Dogz House is not the best fit for them. Generally, dogs form social groups and enjoy the company of like-minded playmates.

Not at all. We welcome dogs of all training levels. With our extensive experience, we often assist with basic training, and many owners see improvements in their dogs’ behaviour, including recall, after spending time with us.

In the event of an emergency, we will first assess the situation and contact you. If we cannot reach you and urgent medical care is needed, we will take your dog to your preferred vet or, if necessary, the nearest veterinary clinic. We have consent to act as guardians in such situations.
