A Legacy of Love and Champions
Nestled in the heart of Epping Forest on the outskirts of Upshire Village, our home has always been fondly referred to by locals as "The Dog's House." For over 30 years, we've welcomed passers-by, whether walkers, riders, or postmen, with the friendly faces of our beloved Leonbergers. From this love for our dogs, Davenheath Leos emerged, producing a lineage of fluffy, adorable champions, including the remarkable Chester, Best of Breed winner at Crufts in 2011.
Welcoming New Doggy Friends
Six years ago, with our extensive facilities, we decided to extend our home to new doggy friends, transforming our passion into a family-run business. We understand that your dogs are more than pets—they are your best friends, soul mates, and cherished family members. When they stay with us, they receive the tender, loving care they deserve. While they are here, they become part of our family, whether curled up on a sofa, playing in the garden, or being pampered. Our goal is for them to feel special and return home happy. If your dogs are content, so are we.
Our Mission
Our mission is "To ensure every dog leaves with a smile." We achieve this by providing a loving environment where each dog receives plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and relaxation. We cater to their favourite foods and foster positive social interactions with new friends. For older dogs or those who prefer solitude, we offer ample space to enjoy their own quiet time while still benefiting from our top-notch amenities. Our goal is straightforward: to surpass pet owners' expectations and become the most cherished and respected name in doggy daycare, home boarding, and grooming services.
